Ok. The first thing we are going to do is do a system restore. This will not remove any documents or pictures. Think of it as a time machine. We will be going back in time to when your computer was not infected. If you were just infected last week then go back an extra week just to make sure.
To do the system restore you need to click the windows “Start Button and navigate to All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
