For those out there that get infected with Virtumonde chances are you also have Smitfraud or Smitfraud-C.  If that is the case here are the two dedicated sites for both threats

Virtumonde Spyware is by far the worst spyware infection you will ever get, or at least so far in the known world of spyware.  This bad boy is not alone.  Most of the time if you have the virtumodne spyware program then you also have zlob and smitfraud.  All of these combined slow your computer down to a crawl and you have nothing but pop-ups and re-directs.  We get e-maills all the time from people who have followed our free guide and have 100% fully remove the Virtumonde spyware from their computer.  then a month later they come back and say thet are infected again.  Learn fro mthese people and just purchase Spyware Doctor with Anti-virus.  This is the only softwaare we use out in the filed to 100% remove this threat from clients computers.  while our free guides can and do work you pay with the ammount of time it takes to do it.  Plan on spending at least 7 hours using all the free tools just to fully rmeove this threat.  That is why we would much rather see you spend a few bucks and stop waisting your time.

Sysprotect has been rounding the world for a while now. If you are infected with this then chances are you also have Virtumonde as well. Virtumonde Removal is not easy and you will not be able to do it without installing anti-spyware software.

Most anti-spyware programs on the market work great at preventing spyware but when it comes to actually removing spyware they do not. Check out Spyware doctor because this is one of the few programs that does fully remove Virtumonde. Because virtumonde has many traces you most likely will have to run the program twice to fully remove this. check out Spyware Doctors website at www.pctools.com

The Virtumonde K trojan is a break off of the Vritumonde and vundo strain.  The removal instructions are the same.  The problem most people seem to have with  removing Virtumonde K is they simply don’t know how to do it.  Many guides out there will tell you about one or two free programs but do not give instructions on how to run them.

To remove Virtumonde K you will need three programs.  The first is Vundofix.  This is a program that was made just for virtumonde.  The other two programs are Spybot and Spyware Doctor.

Even with these software pieces you will fail unless you run them correctly.  For full instructions view one of our spyware removal guides on our home page at Virtumonde Removal.  There you will find several guides that go into great detail on how to remove the virtumonde K threat and the guides are also liked to the free software to do it.

Alternatively if are not tech savvy or just want to be virtumonde free right now then I would just purchase Spyware Doctor and run the scan in safe mode and be done.  You can also have an expert remove this for you online at Online Computer Repair
